It was definitely a family affair on the "G-Force" red carpet at El Capitan Theater in Hollywood on Sunday, July 19, as Tinseltown's elite turned out with their kids to see Jerry Bruckheimer's latest production.

Eva LaRue of "CSI: Miami," which is one of Bruckheimer's wildly successful television franchises, brought her little girl to the premiere, and "Baywatch" actress Gina Lee Nolan brought her brood, too. Ming-Na had her two kids in tow, Ed Begley, Jr., brought his family, and Holly Robinson Peete clung to the hands of both her boys as they made their way down the sun-drenched carpet that stopped traffic on Hollywood Boulevard.

The stars of the guinea-pigs-as-secret-agents flick also made the scene, including Bill Nighy, "The Hangover" sensation Zack Galifianakis, Kelli Garner, Niecy Nash, Jon Favreau, Flo-Rida, and Sam Rockwell, who brought Leslie Bibb as his date.

Also on hand for the 3-D unspooling of the kid flick and the games-filled after party were Disney favorites Brenda Song, Debby Ryan, Chloe Moretz, and Ryan Newman.

But the biggest star of "G-Force" did not make the celebration as expected: Nicolas Cage, who plays the voice of the mole in the movie, was a no-show. He did make an earlier press conference in support of the film, and explained why he was willing to lend his voice to the PG-rated adventure.

"I feel there's nothing more sacred than the magical world of children. I just want to keep kids smiling; it's getting harder and harder with what's going in the world, people are losing their jobs, families are tense," Cage explained. "Any chance I can get to make a movie that the whole family can enjoy, I'm going to take it."
